Objective
Design and assemble a reliable unit to convert mains power into a stable 9V DC supply and distribute it across multiple devices within an enclosure.
Challenge
The system needed to safely integrate mains input, DC conversion and multi-output distribution within a confined enclosure. It had to be robust, serviceable and compliant with correct grounding and electrical practices, while remaining simple to assemble at scale.
Solution
SP-1 delivered a compact, enclosed power distribution unit built around a regulated 9V PSU and custom wiring harness. The design focused on safe mains integration, clear internal layout and repeatable assembly.

Outcome
