Objective
Develop a secure, field-ready transport and charging solution for a fleet of Samsung S20 devices and supplementary power banks used in tactical military deployments.
Challenge
Military operations require mobile devices to be ready for instant use, often in environments where standard charging infrastructure is unavailable. The client needed a solution that was not only rugged enough to survive combat logistics but also capable of managing the charging of both the communication devices and their backup power sources simultaneously, all within a compact footprint.
Solution
SP-1 designed and manufactured a bespoke ruggedised charging case tailored specifically for the dimensions of the Samsung S20. We engineered a dual-layer internal layout that maximises density, accommodating 12 handsets alongside 12 external USB battery packs. The system features a custom power management circuit that ensures safe, simultaneous charging for all 24 devices, preventing overheating within the sealed protective environment.

Outcome
